Joseph was born on January 26, 1926 and passed away on Friday, October 5, 2018.

Joseph was a resident of Rome, New York at the time of passing.

Mr. DeLaney served in World War II in the US Army Air Corps from 1944 to 1946 and received an honorary discharge with the rank of Corporal.
